Ternstrom Consulting helps organisations, groups and individuals to develop their ability to achieve better work performance. Together with the client we identify problems and potential improvements, and develop a plan for implementing solutions. Our support includes coaching of individuals and groups, formal and on-the-job training.

We approach organisational development at three levels:

  • Individuals: We give managers and employees professional and personal development, crisis support and coaching.
  • Groups: We support the development of large and small task-oriented groups, such as workgroups, departments, boards, teams, management teams, etc.
  • Organisations and companies: We offer surveys, current situation analysis, skills development, crisis and conflict management, design and facilitation of workshops and training sessions as well as design and implementation of organisational change.
